Shalene Morrison is a seasoned real estate professional and senior industry executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning residential sales, financial leadership, and large-scale real estate operations. Over the past decade alone, she has independently closed more than $70 million in residential real estate, earning a reputation for strategic insight, precision, and exceptional results. Serving clients across North Texas, Shalene is known for delivering a highly informed, client-focused experience rooted in data, market expertise, and disciplined execution to clients of all levels, including C-suite executives, professional athletes, attorneys, physicians, medical professionals, educators, and more. Shalene LOVES to work with a diverse set of customers and clients!

Before focusing exclusively on luxury residential brokerage, Shalene built an extensive career in the institutional real estate and mortgage finance space. She held senior leadership roles with Fannie Mae and Vendor Resource Management, where she oversaw Freddie Mac’s marketing and analysis functions for distressed assets and managed complex, high-volume portfolios. Her background includes negotiating secondary market transactions tied to mortgage-backed securities, advising more than 200 small- to mid-sized lenders, and guiding stakeholders through underwriting, servicing, technology, and risk-based analysis.

As the former Broker-Owner and Entrepreneur behind Red Carpet Realty, Shalene led sales and marketing initiatives for major institutional sellers including Fannie Mae, Citibank, Chase, and Nationstar Mortgage. Earlier in her career, she served as a Closing Vendor Manager at Fannie Mae, where she managed a nationwide network of foreclosure attorneys and title companies and successfully closed 38,400 real estate transactions. This depth of operational and compliance expertise distinguishes her as a true expert closer and a trusted advisor in even the most complex transactions.

Today, Shalene leverages her rare combination of frontline luxury sales experience and institutional insight to help buyers and sellers secure the best opportunities in the most desirable North Texas neighborhoods. She is deeply analytical, highly adaptable, and known for her calm leadership in high-stakes environments. Beyond the transaction, she values long-term relationships and takes pride in guiding her clients with integrity, clarity, and confidence from contract to close.
